hey guys,
i just thought id write down something on ongoing research here in the US now that i am very very close to this system.
so any ideas you guys have...
1. ED overcrowding.
2. HIV, AIDS patients in the ED.
3. disposal of non critical patients from ED.
4. clinical decision making rules for chest pain, cough, syncope, tia.
5. accuracy of documentation
6. triage accuracy
7. USG in all its forms espescially in its contribution to clinical judgement.
8. markers for different diseases, including inflammation, sepsis, stroke, etc.
